A Citizen-OG is exactly the same as the Citizen Level except that they get to enter creative mode. The OG in Citizen-OG stands for Original Gangsta, as in you were one of the first users on the server.
There are 2 ways to become Citizen-OG, first, is to have been on the server since the 1.5 days, which if you aren't now, you never can be.
Second is to be in the top 20 users for total time spent on the server. There is no other way to become cit-og. So don't ask. You most likely will not become Citizen-OG unless you live on the server. The top 20 consists of pretty much the moderators and as of this writing only 2 Citizens have been promoted to Cit-OG because of time spent on the server. Its very hard to do.
